  一、招聘对象

  具有外国国籍来校从事教学科研岗位工作的高层次人才。

  二、引进条件

  (一)遵守中国法律法规,无犯罪记录,身体健康,学风端正,治学严谨,热爱高校工作,具有良好的职业道德、创新精神、敬业精神和团队合作精神。

  (二)一般教学岗位聘任者原则上应在世界知名大学获得博士学位或为博士后出站人员。具有国外知名大学教学经验,能用英语讲授专业课程。重点教学科研岗位聘任者在此基础上,原则上还应在国外大学、科研机构或其他学术机构从事过科学研究,并担任过上述机构教授、副教授、助理教授等职位(或其他相应职位),且做出过国际国内同行公认的工作业绩。

  (三)同意在我校聘任工作期间所产生的教学科研成果知识产权归www.winsb111.com所有。

  (四)年龄原则上不超过60岁,特殊学科可根据实际情况适当放宽年龄要求。

  三、岗位职责

  (一)学科建设。协助制定本学科建设规划,助力学科发展,提升相关学科在国际上的地位和声誉。

  (二)人才培养。承担本科生、研究生课程,合作指导硕士和博士研究生,面向校内举办学术讲座。

  (三)科学研究。在聘期内,与我校教师合作以www.winsb111.com为成果第一署名单位在国外高水平期刊发表学术论文,并完成科研任务。

  (四)队伍建设。参与后备学科带头人、中青年学术骨干的培养工作,指导科学研究工作,加强对外学术交流,进一步提升其学术水平和教学水平。利用自身学术影响,协助学校做好高层次国际人才引进。

  四、岗位聘任及待遇

  (一)聘任方式

  学校采取长、中、短期的聘任方式,以及弹性工作制,按照合同管理。

  1.长期聘任一般为三至五年。

  2.中期聘任一般为一至三年。

  3.短期聘任一般为两个月至一年。

  4.对于特殊人才及情况,聘任方式、周期可根据工作实际另行商议。

  (二)薪酬待遇

  结合聘任人员层次水平及聘任周期,聘任相应校内岗位,提供相应的薪酬。

  1.教授及以上,薪酬(税前)人民币60-100万元/年。

  2.副教授,薪酬(税前)人民币40-60万元/年。

  3.讲师,薪酬(税前)人民币20-40万/年。

  4.对于特殊人才可另行商议,学校提供具有国际竞争力的薪酬待遇。

  5.弹性工作制薪酬按实际工作月发放。

  6.在校工作期间,提供校内“专家公寓”或租房补贴,提供国际航班交通补贴等生活保障,具体待遇及保障详见合同细则。

  Capital Normal University (CNU) was founded in 1954 and is now one of China’s “Double First-Class” universities (evaluated as qualified to build international “First-Class Universities and First-Class Disciplines”), and is a key university under Beijing Municipal Education Commission. Today, CNU offers doctoral degrees through a total of 101 doctoral programs in seventeen disciplinary areas, distributed among more than 30 colleges and departments, including College of Literature, College of History, College of Political Science and Law, College of Education, College of Foreign Languages, College of Marxist Studies, College of Management, College of Music, College of Fine Arts, College of Mathematical Sciences, Department of Physics, Department of Chemistry, College of Life Sciences, College of Resources, Environment and Tourism, College of Information Engineering, Department of Educational Technology, College of Elementary Education, College of Pre-school Education, College of International Education, College of Geospatial Information Science and Technology, College of Psychology, College of Teachers Education, and Institute of Chinese Calligraphy. CNU currently has a faculty of 2,487 members plus an administrative staff and a student population of 29,673. With the aim of further enhancing the university’s competitive edge and substantially improving its level of internationalization, CNU is now making extensive efforts to recruit high-caliber international talents.

  1.This recruitment campaign is targeted toward:

  High-caliber talents of foreign nationality who have the intention of working at CNU as researchers and teachers.

  2. Requirements

  ●Applicants should abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have no criminal records. Applicants are also expected to be healthy, with academic integrity, love of teaching, good professional ethics, and a spirit of innovation and teamwork.

  ●To apply for teaching positions, applicants must hold a doctoral degree in a world-class university, or have completed a fellowship as post-doctoral research position. Applicants should have teaching experience in a world-class university, and should be able to teach courses in English. To apply for key teaching and research positions, applicants should, in addition, have carried out research in a foreign university, research institute or other academic institutions, and have held positions of professor, associate professor or assistant professor (or other corresponding positions) and have achieved accomplishments that are recognized by their international peers.

  ●Applicants must agree to the condition that all intellectual property rights for achievements in teaching and research during the term of employment shall belong to Capital Normal University.

  ●In principle, applicants should be under the age of 60. For certain disciplines with special requirements, this term may be relaxed.

  3. Responsibilities

  ●Disciplinary construction. Employed experts are responsible for assisting in formulating disciplinary plans, boosting disciplinary development and promoting its international status and reputation.

  ●Cultivating talents. Employed experts are expected to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, help supervise masters and doctoral students, and give academic lectures and seminars at the university.

  ●Conducting scientific research. During the term of employment, employed experts are expected to collaborate with CNU faculty and publish papers in high-level international academic journals, fulfilling scientific research requirements. On these papers, Capital Normal University should appear as the primary associated institution of the author.

  ●Team building. Employed experts should participate in the cultivation of prospective disciplinary leaders and young academics, direct scientific research, facilitate international academic exchanges, and further improve their academic and teaching proficiency. In addition, employed experts are welcome to assist CNU in recruiting high-level international experts.

  4. Position details and salaries

  ●Modes of contract

  CNU adopts three modes of employment: long-term, medium-term and short-term. In addition, work schedules, though contract specific, can be flexible.

  ·Generally, long-term contracts last are for3–5years.

  ·Generally, medium-term contracts are for1–3years.

  ·Generally, short-term contracts are for2–12months.

  ·In cases of special talents or other special circumstances, the mode and period of employment can be negotiated on the basis of the actual position requirements.

  ●Salary

  The salaries are set according to the employees’ academic level, period of contract and positions of employment.

  ·For employees at the level of professor and above, annual salary (before tax) is from 600,000 to 1,000,000 RMB.

  ·For associate professors, annual salary (before tax) is from 400,000 to 600,000 RMB.

  ·For lecturers, annual salary (before tax) is from 200,000 to 400,000 RMB.

  ·The salary is negotiable for some special talents. CNU is willing to provide salaries that are internationally competitive.

  ·For employees on flexible work schedule, the salary is paid on the basis of the actual period of work.

  ·During employment, employees are provided with accommodation at the Foreign Experts Apartments or rental subsidies. International travel subsidies and many other benefits are also available. Details about the benefits can be found in relevant clauses in the contract.
